SPRAGUE POINT & SEACOAST CATERING POLICIES

Deposit and Contract
  • A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold an event date with Seacoast Catering.
  • Contract fees will be based on the estimated guest count, menu choice, food, and beverage minimum requirements determined by Seacoast Catering.
  • Final headcount including children, adults, and vendors due (7) days prior to the event.
  • There will be no refunds or credits if the headcount drops below the final guaranteed headcount.
  • A credit card is required to secure final payments, however, will not be charged unless payments are not received.
  • All outstanding balances will be due at the end of the event.

Labor Fees
  • Event Manager:  $36 per hour
  • On-Site Chef:  $36 per hour (Including loading and unloading)
  • Bartender: $34 per hour
  • Oyster Shuckers: $36 per hour
  • Wait Staff $34
  • 4 hour minimum per staff
  • Travel time fees will be based on location setup and breakdown requirements.

Event Coordinating
Coordinating rental equipment including tents, bathroom facilities, tables, chairs, flatware, glassware, and linens.
  • Rental fees will be placed on your credit card. (3) Event site visits - Additional visits will be $36 per hour.
  • Seacoast Catering offers event coordinating including the following for an additional fee of 15% including:
 
Additional Fees and Information
  • Trash removal estimate of $150 depending on event site Maine State Sales Tax and Gratuities of 28% will be added to an itemized bill.
  • Seafood prices are based on market prices and may change Ice, flowers and other miscellaneous purchases will be added to the final bill.
  • A travel surcharge may apply based on the location of the event.
  • A minimum of (3) dozen hor d'oeuvres are required. A minimum of $1500 for Lobster Bakes.
  • Wedding cakes available for an additional charge.
  • Seacoast Catering is not responsible for lost items.
  • Children must be supervised. We do provide contacts for onsite childcare.
 
Bar Policy
  • Seacoast Catering is a fully licensed and insured beverage caterer.
  • Our Staff is TIPS Certified in the State of Maine.
  • Bar selection includes your choice of wine, 2 local Maine tap beers, call, and well liquor. We can design a bar menu specifically for your event.
  • The bar service starts at $25 pp.
  • We do not serve shots.
  • No Cash Bar.
