This package is based on 100 guests and starts at $60,000.


  • Guests will be greeted with signature drinks and Hors D`oeuvres

Hot Hors D`oeuvres

  • Monte Cristos with bacon garnished with apple

  • Pulled pork on a sweet potato biscuit topped with coleslaw garnished with pineapple

  • Crab cakes topped with a remoulade sauce garnished with cilantro

  • Scallops wrapped in bacon brushed with a honey rum sauce


Cold Hors D`oeuvres

  • Cherry tomatoes stuffed with hummus garnished with cucumber

  • Cucumber rounds topped with crabmeat garnished with mango

  • Served as a course: Seacoast spring salad, fresh berries, red onion, and gorgonzola cheese. dressed with lemon vinaigrette and garnished with an orchid. Served with fresh grilled blueberry corn muffins with butter



  • Chicken piccata garnished with a lemon twist

  • Grilled tenderloin of beef served with a savory horseradish sauce garnished with rosemary

  • Garlic smashed potatoes garnished with parsley

  • Roasted seasonal vegetables garnished with fresh herbs
